Community Action Project

This hands-on learning experience allows participants to partner with local nonprofits to explore a real-world challenge, applying leadership skills to research, problem-solve, and present a potential solution. While the outcome may or may not be implemented, the process provides nonprofits with fresh perspectives and helps participants grow as Louisa’s future leaders.

Nonprofits are encouraged to apply for a chance to be selected as CAP partners and work alongside the next class of emerging leaders.
